Yoel Borgenicht leads ZSA construction field operations and staff development. He is an EPA Lead Certified Renovator as well as a LEED Green Associate and has been in the construction business for over 20 years. Yoel oversees every ZSA construction project to ensure the client¹s complete satisfaction.

Shoshana Bass directs the strategic growth and financial operations of ZSA. Ms. Bass brings over twenty years of business and people leadership experience to her position. Before joining ZSA, Ms. Bass held executive positions at American Express, HP, and Equifax in sales strategy.
